How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.
For shipped orders, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
For pickup orders, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is available at our Brookhaven, GA location. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with detailed pickup instructions.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) for all orders. Please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing before shipment.
Once your order is shipped, delivery within the USA typically takes 5–7 business days.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
What is your return policy?
At Brookhaven Balloons, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and the customization involved, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
How do I cancel my order?
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been packed for pickup or shipping; however, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all cancellation requests are handled at the discretion of the business owner.
How long does it take to assemble a balloon garland?
On average, garlands take about 45–90 minutes to assemble, depending on size. Be sure to plan ahead and give yourself enough time before your event.
Do I need a balloon inflator
Yes! A balloon inflator (electric is best) is strongly recommended for faster and easier inflation. Inflators are not included in the kits but are available as an add-on.
How long will the balloons last once inflated?
When kept indoors in a climate-controlled environment, out of direct sunlight, and away from extreme heat or cold, our high-quality latex balloons may last up to 2 weeks or longer. However, float time and overall longevity are not guaranteed and can vary based on environmental conditions and handling.
For best results, we recommend inflating and assembling your balloon garland within 5 days of your event. Please note that heat, humidity, direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and outdoor conditions will significantly reduce their lifespan.
